Shipping & Delivery
At this time Alice Graphix ships merchandise to the following locations via the United States Postal Service:
 - United States (including Alaska & Hawaii) - $1.00 to $10.50
 - Canada & Mexico - $2.50 to $27.95
 - Internationally (for a complete list of countries) - $5.00 to $45.50
Actual cost of shipping is determined by the weight of the package.
Delivery domestically takes on average 2-3 days via USPS Priority Mail & can be delivered on Saturday for no extra cost.

Sales Tax
Alice Graphix charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate for illinois when the shipping address is in Illinois. For shipments outside Illinois, the purchaser is responsible for the applicable sales tax.

You may place an order to be shipped to an address other than that of your billing address

Order Processing
Orders can take any where from 12-36 hours to process & ship once your order is placed. Alice Graphix is closed for the major holidays & does not process orders during this time. Orders placed on a major holiday are process & shipped on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed & shipped an email is sent to the email you supplied during checkout with your packages tracking number. You can then use the USPS track & confirm site to track your order to your front door.

ALICE GRAPHIX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. We will work with you to get a refund from the shipping carrier if necessary.

Returns
Unworn, unwashed & undamaged merchandise with tags attached can be returned with in 20 days of purchase date. Purchases can be returned by mail for a full refund. To return an item please follow these steps:

 - Submit this form here to request a Return Authorization Number.
 - An email will be generated & sent to you with your Return Authorization Number and a shipping address.
 - Be sure to include a copy of your Return Authorization Number email in your package.
 - Ship your merchandise via USPS, FedEx or UPS. We strongly recommend that you insure the merchandise.
 - We are only able to issue a refund on merchandise received at the sipping address provided in your email.

Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number or outside our return guidelines will not be mailed back & will not be refunded.

Exchanges
Unworn, unwashed & undamaged merchandise with tags attached can be exchanged with in 20 days of purchase date. Purchases can be exchanged by mail. To return an item please follow these steps:

 - Email CustomerSupport@AliceGraphix.com with your order number & the correct size or item you wish to exchange for.
 - An email will be sent to you letting you know if your new item is in stock and a shipping address.
 - Ship your merchandise via USPS, FedEx or UPS. We strongly recommend that you insure the merchandise.
 - We will ship your new merchandise as soon as your original order is received by us.
 - You will receive an email with the tracking number of your new package once it is shipped.
